BnB Presents Lofty Prizes to Nine Agent Winners

BnB, a remittance company , presented enviable prizes to nine of its lucky agents across Sierra Leone on Saturday at its Murray Town headquarters in Freetown.

BnB offers a mobile based platform ( BnB CashApp) that lets Sierra Leoneans abroad send money and the receivers get it directly on their phone.

The prizes included three TVS motorbikes, three LG Smart tvs, and three Samsung galaxy A16s.

Speaking at the presentation ceremony, BnB Business Development Person Farid M Bazzy said they were celebrating success and a show that BnB appreciates its agents and customers alike. Since 2018, he disclosed that  they have propelled to different levels, dealing primarily with registered business owners.

“Our money transfer system is swift. Our agents get automated reconciliation immediately after transactions. They don’t have to wait for days or come to our office,” he said.

Motorbike winner Edward Beccles Turay from Kambia said he is proud to be the person he has become  because of BnB. “It has changed my life in the last two years. The commission I get while working as BnB agent has changed my life,” he said, adding that the motorbike is the biggest prize he has ever won.

Winner of Samsung galaxy A16 Christina Gbakima toed the line of agent Turay by emphasizing the life-changing commission they get working as BnB agent.

Similar testimonies were recorded from agents from other parts of the country, encouraging people with registered businesses to join in.

BnB offers a mobile-based platform (the BnB CashApp) that lets Sierra Leoneans abroad send money directly into local mobile wallets or bank accounts in Sierra Leone. They’ve partnered with platforms like MoneyGram, Western Union, WorldRemit, and Ria, enabling customers to receive funds seamlessly.

BnB Cashapp also gives you access to send money to multiple countries like the USA, UK, Canada, Guinea, Ghana, Liberia, Nigeria and many other countries.

BnB is building out physical agent touchpoints across Sierra Leone (e.g., Freetown, Bo, Kenema, Kambia) to extend services even in remote regions with dedicated business development officers responsible for onboarding and supporting agents.
