The Secretary General of the Sierra Leone Association of Journalists (SLAJ) Eastern Region, Abdul Rahman Sissay, has called NSA Boss Dr. Emmanuel Saffa Abdulai a true champion of youths and national development.
He expressed this sentiment while thanking the NSA Chief for his timely contribution towards the ongoing construction of the Association’s regional office in Kenema.
In a letter to Dr. Abdulai, Sissay wrote: “Your timely assistance came at a pivotal time, a moment when our tenure is approaching its end. Completing and passing on this essential project to the next executive has been a driving passion for us, and your contribution has propelled us closer to realizing this draam.
Receiving the letter, Dr. Abdulai described journalists as important partners in the development of a nation and expressed his undivided commitment towards the activities of journalists and the media landscape in Sierra Leone at all times.
