The Sierra Leone Police (SLP) has dismissed one State House OSD and 23 other personnel countrywide.
The dismissal came after the personnel dodged duty for 21 days when not on leave, an act SLP says is contrary to section 26(1) of the Police Disciplinary Regulations 2001.
Support Officers were instructed to disarm the dismissed personnel immediately, including retrieving from them all police items such as badges of identification and certificate of appointment.
The said personnel are:
